How do I use my store credit?

Sign in before you check out, using the email on your Home & Cedar account. Your store credit shows as a payment option at checkout. Whatever that order doesn't use stays in your account until it expires.

Can I use store credit during a sale?

Store credit can be used during some sales and promotions; each promotion says if it applies.

What happens if my order is refunded?

We remove the same share of the store credit that order earned. If a quarter of an order is refunded, a quarter of its store credit is removed; a full refund removes all of it. It comes out of your current store credit balance.
